Happy Earth Day

Happy Earth Day!
Take a look back at these Earth Day links posted in years past - all still great resources!

And a video clip of sunrise in Sedona, Arizona taken earlier this month when visiting this astoundingly beautiful place.  Just watched it again to remind ourselves how wonderous our planet truly is.

P.S. Terrariums: what plants work best

P.S.  So I started to build my terrarium realizing that I had procured all of the base elements: gravel, stones, potting soil but no plants! And while my previous post highlights some lovely looks it lacks the essential imfo: What plants work best for a terrarium. I had thought succulents, but they are desert plants and a covered humid vessel surely bears no resemblance to their natural habitat. Nothing like stating the obvious! ;)

So here's a list of top plants for terrariums from Better Homes and Gardens

And a great HOW TO for set up and care can be found HERE at Miss Kopy Kat blog
