Arbor Day is celebrated nationally on a different day each year, and, with an option for celebration on a different days in each state. Go figure. But it seems the consensus is - it is the last Friday of April - and here we are!
Arbor Day is actually one of our oldest holiday started in 1874 in Nebraska. On the first Arbor Day over one million trees were planted and the tradition continues today- to plant at least one tree each and every Arbor Day.
